Calyptus Co-living specialises in providing mature singles with secure, long-term accommodation in beautiful new homes, in a shared (co-living) house. With just three people per home, each resident has their own large, air-conditioned bedroom with private ensuite. Kitchen, living, laundry and outdoor rooms are shared spaces, which we furnish.
Co-living is not just about the house. It’s also about the home. We work closely with you to identify similar, compatible people, and introduce you to potential housemates before you decide. Homes are either all female or all male, unless you specifically request otherwise. Our aim is to build micro-communities within each home and within the street, where residents support and look out for each other. We have multiple homes in this location.
