Calyptus Co-living specialises in providing mature singles with secure, long-term accommodation in beautiful new homes, in a shared (co-living) house. With just three people per home, each resident has their own large, air-conditioned master-bedroom with private ensuite. Kitchen, living, laundry, outdoor and media rooms are shared spaces, which we furnish. You just bring your bedroom!

Co-living is not just about the house. It’s also about the home. We work closely with you to identify similar, compatible people, and introduce you to potential housemates before you decide.
Our aim is to build micro-communities within each home and within the estate, where residents support and look out for each other.
